Playing Catch Up

 Ahhh I've fallen so behind.
I'm going to make it a goal to post each day again!!

This isn't new. Sarabeth was a little over a month here. We were at the Hebel wedding, where Chris was the best man. Whitney just got the pictures this past week and I thought I'd share them. SB has changed so much since then!! But she looks so cute!

Family sticker.

Today I decided to take a picture of the family sticker on my car. I got it for Christmas from my momma and finally put it on. It's so cute. Not sure if you're able to tell by the picture, but we're all wearing Army Camo<3 Only issue with it is the dog is brown instead of white. Mom was unable to find a white puppy. haha Oh well. Bella has a little brown on her.

New ride

Grams, Gramps and I took Sarabeth to Toy's R Us yesterday. I wanted to get her one of those cute little pink cars that she can ride in that has a long handle so that I'd be able to push it. But, Gramps got to looking and found this really neat bike for her (Which also has the handle but grows with her) and decided he HAD to get it for her. So, with the really nice weather we've been having, I took her for a stroll today and decided I had to take a picture of her going for a ride. <3

Valentines Day.

Happy Valentines Day everyone.

It's a bittersweet day for me. I'm honestly ready for it to be over. 

I wish Chris were home to celebrate, but honestly, I feel like I celebrate our love for one another each day and I don't need a holiday to show it! 

So today, I spent my time with our little Valentine. <3

Little thumb sucker.

It's been a busy week for the little one. We typically spend a lot of time at home but we've done a lot of running around this week. She's been pretty good though, considering how dramatic she usually is!! Here she is snuggled up in her winter suit taking a nap in her carseat. She's unable to fall asleep without sucking on her thumb. Mommy always knows she's tired when the thumb (and pointer finger-together) enter the mouth!! She's so darn cute!

On the road to Salisbury

Sarabeth and I took a trip to Salisbury today to see her grandma and grandpa and other relatives. She had a long day with only a little cat nap! I took a picture of her passed out on the way home. Too cute. She's snuggling with her daddy doll. She loves that thing!<3

Today I just took a few pictures of my cold puppy in her pink hoodie and my smiley baby who loves being able to walk along the furniture.

Jewelry is love.

So today I wanted to be a little creative with my pearls. I don't wear much jewelry. I have a real pearl necklace that my parents got for me when I turned 16 and a cheapo set that's different colors. I  have a headband that I love, which has three pearls on it. And of course I LOVE my wedding set. I admire it daily. :)

All because two people fell in love...

I've missed my husband a lot the past few days. Especially going through Wal-Mart, shopping online, watching commercials-seeing all the Valentines Day stuff. It's the month of love. And my love is tons of miles away! 

I did send him some really sweet items for Valentines Day and I know they're going to make him smile. I love making home made gifts. They're so much more sincere and thoughtful. I would take a home made card and a hand picked flower over jewelry any day!!!

He bought SB some pink pearls for Valentines Day. He told me he wanted to get her something that she could keep forever, and eventually maybe pass down to her own children; that it will have a story-a present her daddy got her for her first Valentines Day. I thought that was really sweet and very thoughtful! He feels that since he's the first man in her life that it's important to set the bar high. He loves her a lot and he's such a good daddy! I can't wait until he is home with us and him be able to interact with her everyday.

A few weeks ago, I personalized a decoration and I got it in the mail today. It arrived at such a good time. Brought a huge smile to my face. Here it is.

Hey everyone!

I'm sorry I've fallen behind yet again!

Yesterday was such a busy day!!

I had pictures taken of SB by the lovely Lenay! Most of you follow her blog and she is just incredible! She did a wonderful job!! 

We also got to Skype with Chris last night (first time since he's deployed) and although we were unable to see him, he LOVED being able to see SB move around! She just started waving and saying hi, so he got to see that as well! He was so happy!

Today has been such a beautiful day. I love the 70 degree weather. It would be perfect if it were like this all year long. Sarabeth loved it too. All the windows were open and the doors. She enjoyed standing by the screen door today and looking outside. She would stay outside all day if I let her! Ever since she was born, if she was upset, all I would have to do is walk outside with her and she'd quit crying. It's amazing what a little sunshine and fresh air can do for ya :)

I took just a few random pictures with my cellphone today. I'm not very happy with my camera. I'm thinking about getting a new one. I'm thinking about taking a photography class as well. I'm so interested in photography and I'd love to get some education on how to properly work a camera, seek out the right lighting, etc. I just have no one to teach me! haha. And I'm pretty sure my camera hates to cooperate with me.
